What i require is some code that can be integrated into my exisiting site that users can visit from pages on the website.

The user must be able to do the following tasks:

(1) Provide details of a new network and a list of servers for that network
(2) Login and then update details of servers that they provided (e.g. for irc network admins to maintain current lists of their servers)
(3) Anonymous (or logged-in) users must be able to give details of a servername (and port) that has died.

User Task Notes:

(1) The form will comprise of two text boxes and a submit button, "Network Name" and "Server List", server list will be a text box with one server per line in the notation <servername>:<port>.
(2) When the user has returned to the site, they will have access to a "My Networks" page. This will list all the networks that they can manage (in the database this will be stored as "NetworkID (Integer), Network Name (Text), Comma Seperated list of site UserID's (Text)".) next to each network there will be two buttons. 1) delete network (with a confirm tickbox next to it), 2) a modify network button. the Modify network button will show the user the same form as form (1), but with the two text boxes filled in, the user can then update the list and submit it again.
(3) This form will comprise of a text box and a button, "Server Name" and "Submit", servername will be in the same format as above. When a user submits a dead server the name will be matched against one in the database and it's "ReportedDead" field will be increased by one. Care must be taken to not allow the same user to repeatedly report dead servers (10 unique reports per hour per user)

Site administrators (ie. me) must be able to do do the following tasks:

(1) Search for and list, then Add, Delete and Edit servers
(2) Search for and list, then Add, Delete and Edit networks
(3) Ban IP's and users from accessing the facilities (for abuse protection)
(4) Automatically create a new XML file with the contents of the database in the same XML format that HydraIRC uses in it's hydrairc.xml file.

Additonal Notes:

* the html output code must not contain any layout tags other than non-fixed-width tables, it will be integrated into my existing site which uses my own custom code. It must be done with patTemplte (the rest of the site uses it, it also seperates any HTML code from any php code.)
* a copy of the existing website will be provided (feel free to improve it also)
* the work is un-paid work
* you will be credited on the site, in the program and in any documentation

Please respond using the forum (reply to this thread) or contact me on IRC (#HydraIRC on EFNet)

Thanks!

I can do all of the above. A resume of my coding work can be seen at http://design.xehas.org/. I can also help design a new icon for your client. The current one is kind of unoriginal and it might incur the wrath of Microsoft for copyright infringement.
